At Vogue Future Living, our team is passionate about providing high-quality, person-centred support for adults with autism and additional needs. Every member of staff plays an important role in creating a safe, welcoming, and empowering environment where individuals can live as independently as possible.Our experienced leadership team, qualified care professionals, and dedicated support staff work closely with residents, families, and professionals to ensure everyone receives the support they need to achieve their personal goals. We believe that building strong relationships, understanding individual needs, and celebrating every achievement—big or small—are key to delivering exceptional care.Together, we are committed to creating a community where people feel valued, supported, and confident to live fulfilling and independent lives.Louise is an experienced nurse and registered manager. She has expertise working in both the NHS since 2001, and the private sector since 2020. Prior to coming to Vogue Louise worked in case management working with adults and children who had complex and life changing conditions such as brain injuries, amputations cerebral palsy and epilepsy.
She held leading roles as a clinical nurse specialist in pain management services, care home management and a senior nurse in neurorehabilitation
Louise has used her expertise to mentor student nurses, in clinical supervision, training of allied healthcare professionals and on university panels for interviews of pre-registration nurses.
Louise joined Vogue in February 2026 as the Registered Manager. Louise’s role will ensure company-wide compliance with health and social care regulation. She will be regularly meeting with and auditing compliance of care to ensure excellent standards throughout Vogue.
Louise maintains her continuing professional development and mandatory nursing revalidation by attending regular courses, conferences within the nursing sectors and attending the Skills for Care Northamptonshire Registered Manager Network meetings.
Louise’s hobbies and interests include spending time with her family, crosswords, walking her dogs, swimming, listening to music, going to the theatre, and military history.
Louise is also the Parish Safeguarding Officer at her church and enjoys supporting the children’s Sunday school and helping out with fundraising events.

Registered ManagerAngela Wing
Business ManagerThomas is the Head of Business and Operations at Vogue Future Living. With experience across several industries, Tom brings a strong background in organisational development, operational management, and strategic growth.Tom has over 10 years of experience in health and social care, with a particular focus on sport, leadership programmes, and continuing professional development (CPD) training. His work has centred on creating opportunities that help individuals develop skills, build confidence, and access inclusive community programmes.
He holds a BSc in Economics (2:1) from the University of Birmingham, providing a strong foundation for his strategic and analytical approach to business operations and development.
At Vogue Future Living, Tom oversees the operational delivery and growth of the organisation, leading the setup and development of new centres and supported living houses to ensure they are fully operational, compliant, and welcoming environments. He manages day-to-day operational logistics across services while continuously identifying opportunities to improve systems, introduce innovation, and expand services.
Tom also leads key areas of the organisation including IT and digital infrastructure, communications and referrals, marketing and promotion, finance and business development, recruitment, and workforce support. Acting as a central point of coordination across teams, he works closely with staff, families, and partner organisations to ensure smooth service delivery and strong community engagement.
Outside of work, Tom enjoys staying active by playing Padel and is a regular supporter of Northampton Saints, often attending matches whenever he can.
Thomas Stevenson
Head of Business and OperationsAngela is a strategic professional with over 25 years of extensive experience across both the NHS and private sector. Her career spans mental health services, special education, and domiciliary care, giving her a strong understanding of complex care environments and service delivery.
She holds a Higher National Diploma in Business and Finance from the University of Northampton, alongside an NVQ in Business Administration and an IOSH Managing Safely qualification.
Before joining Vogue, Angela worked within the NHS as a Primary Care Network Manager and Practice Manager in Primary Care, where she led a large multidisciplinary team across four sites. Her earlier roles include Operations Manager at Home Instead, Business Manager within a Special School supporting children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, and Area Manager for Scottish and Newcastle Retail.
Angela joined the Vogue team in October 2025 as Business Operations Manager. In this role, she supports the Registered Manager with the operational and business functions of the organisation. Her responsibilities include care coordination, recruitment, financial oversight, and the day-to-day management of services across the company, alongside supporting service development to meet customer needs and drive business growth.
Outside of work, Angela enjoys swimming, following Formula One, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
Katherine Dunbar
Care ManagerKath is a Care Manager at Vogue Future Living and has worked in the care sector on and off since the age of fourteen. She first began her career at St Crispin’s Hospital in an after-school position. During this time, Kath discovered a real passion for care and supporting others, which encouraged her to continue working within the sector.
Kath took a few years away from care while raising her children before returning to the profession she enjoyed. Throughout her career, she has gained experience supporting a wide range of service users, including the elderly, individuals living with dementia, younger adults, and people with mental health needs.
Over the years, Kath has held a variety of roles within care, including Support Worker, Home Carer, Supervisor, Team Leader, and Assistant Manager. She has completed her NVQ Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications and is currently working towards her Level 5 in Leadership and Management. In addition, Kath is a Train the Trainer in medication administration.
Outside of work, Kath enjoys spending time with her family, shopping, gardening, and DIY. She also has a keen interest in true crime. Kath loves animals and has a chihuahua called Murphy Mouse.
Kath enjoys working for Vogue and feels proud to be part of such a strong team, supporting some truly wonderful people.
Karen Leighton
Care ManagerKaren Leighton is a Care Manager at Vogue Future Living and has worked in this role for seven years. As a Care Manager, she works closely with everyone across the organisation. Although she is based in the office with the management team, Karen enjoys getting out regularly to spend time with the service users and support workers at Vogue as much as possible.
Karen has worked in the care profession for 36 years. During this time, she has gained extensive experience in a variety of settings, including nursing homes and services supporting older people. Throughout her career, she has held a number of roles such as carer, team leader, shift manager, and deputy manager.
Before joining Vogue Future Living, Karen worked with Northamptonshire County Council for 22 years. Over the course of her career, she has completed a wide range of training, including NVQ Level 2 and Level 3, and she later completed the Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification while working at Vogue. Karen is also a Medication Trainer.
Outside of work, Karen has many interests. She enjoys gardening, shopping, and spending time with her family. She also loves cats, films, music, and reading.
Working at Vogue Future Living has been a wonderful experience for Karen because of the service users, their families, and the supportive team she feels lucky to work alongside.
Karen’s ethos is simple: to work hard and help create a better place for everyone, both at work and at home.
