What we offer

Whether you need care and support for only a few hours a day, or 24 hours, seven days a week, we are able to provide a service tailored to meet your individual need, delivered by experienced and dedicated staff.

Care Support

We are able to offer a full range of care services to individuals who wish to live independently with support. We are able to work with our recommended Housing Provider Vogue Future Properties Limited to source appropriate modern self-contained flats with large communal kitchens and leisure areas and are able to secure accommodation in a timely fashion, no jumping through hoops.

We are able to support with housing benefit applications, managing tenancy agreements, managing financial budgets with support from financial advocates, support with making and transporting to appointments, shopping, housework, laundry, meal and menu planning, and lots more. We provide access to community and social inclusion and support people with sourcing employment opportunities.

Respite Breaks

We can offer respite breaks which can take the form of offering modern self-contained accommodation in a block of flats designed with the younger person in mind. The aim of this service is to allow not only the carer a break but to allow the person the freedom to experience living independently with a purpose and this can be a long- or short-term outcome for people.

Holiday Breaks

We can organise and support people to experience respite breaks in the form of short holidays that are catered to individual needs. We work closely with community organisations who support us in achieving meaningful goals and aspirations to enhance the life experiences of people.

We can offer a transitional service, whereby a person wishing to eventually move into a supported living type environment can experience living independently with care support, this can be achieved by short stays or longer stays over a period until they are ready to move permanently.

We have staff on duty 24 hours per day during respite and transitional stays and can offer traditional support with preparing and serving meals, medication administration to teaching life skills etc.

"As a family we are very impressed with the high standards of care, living accommodation and respect given to our son. The staff are always bright and cheerful and no request is too difficult for them. There are many opportunities to socialise with staff and clients - nothing is forced upon anyone. He lives within a community where his decisions are respected in an appropriate way and we can see that he is very happy to have made the move."

Alison Jacson

"I am writing this as a parent whose daughter has now been living at Vogue for nearly six years. Her move to the flat of ‘her choice’ has been a big turning point in her life due to the management and staff delivering the care and support necessary to allow her to build and develop her skills whilst providing opportunity to safely increase her independence at a practical, social and emotional level."

Chris Brazier

"I couldn't have made a better choice for my son's future. Right from the start Vogue listened and took on board what I said about my sons needs and requirements. They have provided my son with the right level of support to match his needs in a caring and dignified way, he sees the staff as an extension of his family and other clients as family members too.
